璉陞企業有限公司位於台中縣大肚鄉，民國80年成立，工廠面積2,000平方米 (m²)。主要生產製程為刀具加工研磨，擁有近百台加工機台，年均產量可達500萬片刀具研磨。
公司草創人在年少時期就開始學習刀具加工、研磨工藝，對於加工流程的經驗已多達30多年。初創時期，主要生產以量產的代工半成品為主，純熟的加工研磨技術以及多年的經驗累積讓本公司在業界享有良好的風評及口碑。讓許多國內外客戶特別指定自家剪類產品必須由本公司代為加工，也曾有客戶直接投資本公司，讓我們直接在客戶公司設立加工單位。
在公司的發展逐漸穩定後，憑藉著對加工層面技術的了解，我們深受客戶信賴，也協助客戶開發，推出許多高品質且獲得肯定的優良設計產品。多年的開發經驗累積，進而開始研發自有剪刀產品、家用削皮刀具、以及食品級加工機台刀具設計…等。
好的產品是可以在前端設計階段就能夠有效的排除後續可能產生的品質問題，這是本公司的理念也是我們對產品的一貫堅持。因為本公司認為一個產品能成功的行銷全球，除了產品設計優良、符合消費者的要求外，更應該堅持提供最好的品質給消費者，讓消費者認同此產品，進而提昇產品的形象及知名度，創造產品的附加價值，達到產品的設計目的。目前，本公司也正接受ISO-9001輔導中。
